You will guide psychosocial care, discharge planning, staff development, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role reports to the Director and emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, and case management to optimize patient outcomes and throughput.

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of clinical social work experience in acute care.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and administrative support to the hospital's social work department.
• Oversee psychosocial care delivery, discharge planning, and client advocacy.
• Develop policies, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality improvement, staff training, and program evaluation.
• Support complex discharge planning and transitions of care.
