DriveTime Family of Brands includes in‑house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country’s leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
In short, as an Assistant Director, Servicing Strategy & Analytics you will apply your analytical, strategic and leadership skills as you develop and execute business cases for major company initiatives or ensure performance excellence. This role will be expected to work cross‑functionally with many different teams involved in operations, IT, Product and BI to ensure we have the necessary systems and data to drive continuous improvement. You will also be leading an analytic team using the newest analytic tools in coding and AI.
Partner collaboratively with senior leaders, colleagues, product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data‑driven strategies.
Become the subject matter expert for servicing and loss mitigation from process flow, data and reporting infrastructure and strategic decisioning.
Lead and manage a team of analysts in project execution.
Identify, track, and forecast the main drivers and transactions of the organization.
Drive large analytical initiatives to reveal step‑change improvements in operational and transaction profitability of the business.
Effectively communicate concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing AI and software such as Snowflake, Streamlit, Sigma, and PowerPoint.
Leverage emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.
4+ years’ experience in business analytics or strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and add financial value in prior roles.
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Ability to write SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Loss mitigation, Auto Finance experience.
Work creating AI agents, apps, or dashboards.
Advanced coding knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.).
Experience in dashboard creation or data infrastructure.
2+ years’ experience in leadership or people‑management roles.
