Shelter House, Inc is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to oversee daily residential operations at Artemis House Region I in Fairfax County. You will supervise residential staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, trauma-informed services in collaboration with program leadership.

The role includes on-call rotation and some evening work, with a salary range of $64,000 to $69,000 and an exempt FLSA status. This is a full-time on-site leadership position in the Fairfax area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational, time management and decision making skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and participate in on call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential operations for Artemis House Region I.
• Supervise residential staff (full time, part time, on call).
• Lead staff scheduling, timesheet approvals, and leave requests.
• Manage operations budget and financial tracking.
