Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of business drivers, organizational communications, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of organizational and unit performance measures, and the impact of decisions on leadership objectives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop and administer policies, and interpret regulations.

  • Support principal investigators with pre‑ and post‑award activities and approve proposals.
  • Manage day‑to‑day center activities, address complex administrative challenges, and align resources with program priorities.
  • Supervise staff, promote professional development, and maintain high performance.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, develop and administer policies, and interpret regulations.
  • Preferred: degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; experience with UMD systems (Workday, Concur, Priority BA); sponsored research experience.
Salary and Benefits

Regular salary: $130,000 – $140,000 per year.
