Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop subject-matter expertise in Coverage A product features and RCE.
• Conduct complex analyses, query data, build tools for team use, assess KPIs.
• Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams to design and implement changes.
• Synthesize research into actionable recommendations for product design.
• Present insights to Product and Distribution leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor analysts and collaborate with external research sources.
