The Gardner School of Naperville North is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the Executive School Director in overseeing daily operations at our state-of-the-art facility. You will manage scheduling, staff coverage, family communication, and community engagement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of leadership in a licensed child development program, plus 2 years in licensed childcare or early childhood education. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred).
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Assistant Director qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of verified leadership in a licensed child development program (required).
• Minimum 2 years in licensed childcare or early childhood education setting (preferred).
• Prior experience as Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, or supervisory role (preferred).
