The Gardner School of Naperville North is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the Executive School Director in overseeing daily operations at our state-of-the-art facility. You will manage scheduling, staff coverage, family communication, and community engagement.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of leadership in a licensed child development program, plus 2 years in licensed childcare or early childhood education. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
