Pennsylvania College of Technology seeks an experienced Physician Assistant to serve as Assistant Director of the PA Program. The role collaborates with faculty to sustain ARC-PA accreditation and ensures quality administration of the program.

The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Physician Assistant Studies to maintain standards, support accreditation actions, and promote student success within Penn College's accredited program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master's Degree (or higher) or a master’s degree in progress with a plan for completion within one year of hire.
• Current NCCPA Certification without restrictions.
• Current Physician Assistant licenses to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of three years in a practice as a PA.

Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to serve as Assistant Director of our Physician Assistant Program. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with faculty, support program excellence, and help maintain a high-quality, ARC-PA accredited program that prepares students for successful careers in healthcare.

Position Overview

The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Physician Assistant Studies to ensure ongoing compliance with Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) standards while supporting the overall administration of the program.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinating data collection, analysis, and reporting to support ARC-PA accreditation.
• Assisting with the implementation and evaluation of accreditation action plans.
• Maintaining accreditation and program documentation.
• Supporting operational processes that promote program quality, continuous improvement, and student success.

Minimum education and experience:

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Master's Degree (or higher) or a master’s degree in progress with a plan for completion within one year of hire.

• Current Physician Assistant licenses to practice in Pennsylvania.
