Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to serve as Assistant Director of our Physician Assistant Program. This role collaborates with the Director to ensure ongoing ARC-PA compliance and to support the administration of a highly regarded, accredited program that prepares students for successful careers in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program and PA licensure in PA.
• Master’s degree or in-progress with completion plan within 12 months.
• Active NCCPA certification without restrictions.
• Minimum three years of practice as a PA.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support ARC-PA accreditation.
• Assist with accreditation action plan implementation and evaluation.
• Maintain accreditation documentation and program records.
• Support operations that promote program quality, improvement, and student success.
