Job summary

Colorado College in Colorado Springs seeks an Assistant Director, Admission Outreach & Access to join the Admission Office. You will lead outreach, develop partnerships, and coordinate programs to increase enrollment of students from historically underrepresented backgrounds.

You will supervise interns, collaborate with Financial Aid, and participate in review and admission selection while advancing equity, inclusion, and antiracism in all recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience in a related field.
• One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education (OR) one year of relevant academic coursework beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for one year of required professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Outreach & Access team to develop recruitment and enrollment plans for underrepresented students.
• Plans and assesses recruiting, marketing, and enrollment initiatives focused on underrepresented communities.
• Supports and advocates for students from underrepresented groups throughout the admission recruitment and evaluation process.
• Demonstrates a personal and professional commitment to college access, educational equity, diversity, inclusion, and antiracism.
