Job summary

Endicott College seeks an Assistant Director to lead and coordinate doctoral program activities within the Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. You will mentor students, oversee research, teach doctoral courses, and collaborate on program development while advancing scholarly initiatives.

The role emphasizes advising nine doctoral students, chairing dissertations, applying IRB processes, and representing the program in external partnerships and academic events.

Qualifications

• Experience advising, mentoring, teaching, or supporting doctoral students.
• Scholarly engagement in business, leadership, OB management, or applied behavioral science.
• Professional experience in business, industry, consulting, or research.

Responsibilities

• Advise and mentor a minimum of nine doctoral students throughout their progression.
• Chair or committee member for dissertation proposals, reviews, and defenses.
• Teach four courses annually, at least three at the doctoral level.
• Develop and deliver high-quality instruction grounded in current research.
• Support program development and external partnerships and engagement.
