Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, public administration, business, human resources, communications, or a related field.
• Design, develop, and deliver professional development or adult education programs in virtual and in-person formats with a focus on accessibility and excellence.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines, translating workforce development needs into viable training programs.
• Five years of management experience with state government, higher education, or public-sector organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of the open-enrollment professional development portfolio.
• Research workforce, management, leadership, and professional development trends to identify opportunities and redesign or discontinue programs based on priorities.
• Review curriculum and program operations and implement policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Design and deliver engaging professional development programs for individual contributors to executives.
