Part-Time | 20 Hours Per Week

Overview

Hope Chapel is seeking a joyful, Gospel-centered leader who longs to see middle and high school students know Jesus, love His Church, and live sent into the world.

This role is about more than running programs. It is about showing up in students’ lives, opening the Scriptures with clarity and conviction, and helping cultivate a ministry where teenagers are formed by the beauty and power of the Gospel.

You will partner closely with the Director of Student Ministries to build a Christ-centered, relational, and outward-facing youth ministry. This position includes flexible scheduling, with regular evenings and occasional weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Help shape and lead weekly gatherings centered on Scripture and worship
• Teach the Bible in ways that are faithful, compelling, and accessible
• Build meaningful relationships with students and their families
• Equip and encourage volunteers as partners in discipleship
• Help create environments (including an annual retreat) where students encounter Christ Invite students into the full life and mission of Hope Chapel
