The Assistant Director of Stewardship and Donor Relations workswith the Assistant Vice President of Alumni Engagement and DonorRelations to develop and implement a comprehensive stewardship anddonor relations program that maintains consistent engagement withdonors through a variety of events, communications, and personaloutreach. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of AlumniEngagement and Donor Relations works closely with colleagues acrossthe Advancement function to cultivate and build donor relationshipsand express the University’s gratitude to donors, ensuring thatthey are appreciated, informed, and engaged. This position plays akey role in leading a stewardship program that successfullycommunicates to donors at all levels the transformational impact oftheir support, including assisting with personalized stewardshipinitiatives for principal and major gift donors. This positionserves as project manager for stewardship activities includingreports, publications, and a variety of correspondence and videoengagement. This position also leads or assists with diverse alumniand donor engagement events and other institutional events, frommajor donor recognition events and naming dedications to smallgatherings with University and Advancement leadership toCommencement and Reunion activities.
The salary range for this role is $46,500.00 to $77,500.00.
