Eden Roc Miami Beach, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Security Manager to lead our security team in safeguarding guests and employees in a luxury oceanfront setting. You will develop strategies, supervise staff, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or related field, possess proven security leadership experience, and are skilled in security systems, emergency procedures, and crisis management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in using security equipment and software.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security.
• First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset.
