Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing.
• Willing to be on-call per facility rotation.
• Strong geriatric care interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist in nursing staff scheduling.
• Visit patients and communicate with staff and physicians.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Act as liaison for staff nursing and management.
• Monitor the facility's Quality Assurance program.
• Assign duties and supervise performance.
• Maintain nursing records and treatments.
• Infection control responsibilities.
• Handle disciplinary problems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
