Job summary

Fir Lane Care, located at 2430 N. 13th St., Shelton, WA 98584, is seeking an ADON/IP to oversee core nursing programs under the DON and lead infection control efforts. This role focuses on staff development and ensuring high standards of resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will supervise nursing staff, participate in care planning, and ensure stations are organized and compliant. DOE salary ranges reflect experience and responsibilities in Washington State.

Qualifications

• Current Washington RN license with no enforcement action.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the DON, assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs.
• Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking and prevention.
• Primary staff development/educator.
• Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following duties and redirect as necessary.
• Ensure nursing stations are organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately.
• Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans.
• Any other tasks as directed by the DON.

What you will do:
