Qualifications

• Licensed RN with nursing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop policies and programs.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development for nursing staff.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures.
