ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking an exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at RYZE on the Avenue. In this leadership role, you will guide the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support residents and staff.

The ideal candidate holds Illinois RN licensure, a nursing degree, and has at least 2 years in a leadership role within healthcare. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing, manage staffing and budgeting, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Illinois.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
• Mentor and coach staff members to achieve professional growth and development.
