Signature HealthCARE at Colonial Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing who is highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong knowledge of policies and governmental regulations.

The role involves managing administrative areas within the Nursing Department, assisting the DON to ensure quality care, and delegating authority to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors to support day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Must work On call roatation

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care.
• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
