Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for Heritage Hall Rehab & Wellness Center. The candidate should be detail oriented, organized, and possess strong policy knowledge to support resident-centered care.

• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
