The ideal candidate holds a California LPN/LVN license, has at least two years in long-term care, is comfortable around pets, and can communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in California.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care or equivalent.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily Nursing Services operations.
• Mentor and train nursing staff for consistent, high-quality care.
• Support programs to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Silverado regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve resident-centered care.
