Avantara Milbank is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our skilled nursing team. The role provides clinical oversight, helps set department goals, and fosters a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

As the heart of the Clinical Department, you will mentor staff, ensure residents receive high-quality care, support process improvements, and partner with leadership to advance resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered RN license in the State of South Dakota.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department to ensure high standards of care.
• Assist with setting Nursing Department goals and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive facility culture and support staff development.
