Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day nursing care in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure provision of treatments, medications, and nursing services per care plans and physician orders.
• Participate in evaluations and disciplinary actions per Hiring and Retention policies.
• Lead weekly/monthly committees aligned with Clinical Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct frequent rounds to verify staff performance and compliance with regulations.
• Notify physicians and families of significant health changes promptly.
• Ensure patient/resident safety and proper documentation of incidents.
