You will assist with planning, supervising, and implementing nursing procedures, ensuring compliance and smooth daily workflow in our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and prior Charge RN experience in SNF, with strong budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and staff development skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Proven experience as Charge RN in SNF or similar setting.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of the nursing home.
• Help hire, train, and monitor nurses.
• Ensure smooth operation of the nursing department.
