Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is actively seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Springfield. This leadership role supports the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations and oversees nursing staff to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.

The ADON will guide clinical quality initiatives, ensure regulatory adherence, and participate in staff development, onboarding, and hiring. Missouri RN licensure is required, with leadership experience in hospice preferred.

Full Time | Monday through Friday | Day Schedule

We are adding to our already amazing team! Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a strong clinical leader to step into an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role in Springfield. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who is ready to grow into leadership or continue building on an established leadership background.

As ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, guiding nursing staff, and ensuring patients receive high quality, compliant, and compassionate care. You will play a key role in both the day-to-day success of the team and the long-term growth of the department.

What You Will Do

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
