Responsibilities:

• Ensure strategies are in place to verify current licensure and credentials of nursing staff.
• Assist with scheduling and guest rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Help develop and implement staffing plans and schedules based on guest needs.
• Participate in budgeting for nursing supplies, equipment, and staffing.
• Stay informed about managed care, Medicare, Medicaid regulations, and reimbursement systems.
• Assign responsibilities considering guest safety and staff qualifications.

Qualifications for ADON:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatrics.
