Aberdeen Health & Rehab is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is an RN to support our Director of Nursing in guiding our team of nursing professionals to ensure high-quality resident care. You will help develop and implement policies, provide staff training, and monitor adherence to federal and state regulations.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday with a shared on-call rotation and is part of our leadership team.

Qualifications

• Hold current RN license with no restrictions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

• Assist with development, implementation, and modification of policies and procedures.
• Provide training and education on clinical practices.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you apply your nursing knowledge and experience by offering guidance on clinical matters, training, and education. Assist with development, implementation, and modification of policies and procedures. Provide system reviews to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and effective clinical practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
