Accura HealthCare of South Des Moines is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - RN to lead clinical matters, training, and education for our 89-bed skilled facility in Des Moines, IA. You will assist with policy development, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the nursing team to deliver person-centered care.

This role requires RN licensure, leadership ability, and the capacity to perform essential functions.

Qualifications

• Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Demonstrates leadership ability.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Work with a Nationally Awarded Clinical Team
• Hourly wage starting at $43.50 (Increase based on experience)
• Monday thru Friday schedule. Rotating "On-Call" schedule with support from other nurse leaders
• 1-year nurse leadership experience in long term care preferred

JOB SUMMARY:
