Newman Rehab and Healthcare seeks an experienced Clinical Nursing Assistant | RN to support and manage Nursing Services for residents. You will work with the Director of Nursing to supervise 24-hour nursing operations and ensure quality care under federal, state, and company standards.

Requirements include an RN license in the practicing state, an associate or bachelor’s in nursing, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state where practicing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Nursing Services for residents per physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision in partnership with the DON and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards.
