Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Mease Life in Dunedin, FL. The role focuses on developing orientation programs, in-service education, and training for nursing staff within a skilled nursing neighborhood.

The ADON will oversee infection prevention, ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, and assist the DON with management and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of five years' clinical experience; preferably in a long-term care setting
• Experience with in-service education
• Clinical supervisory experience is preferred
• Knowledge of principles of nursing care, and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating new hire orientation programs, educational in-service/clinical programs, and training for all nursing personnel. Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

$90,177.00 - $107,425.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
