Job summary

Riverview Pointe Care Center in Olmsted Falls, OH is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our management team. The ADON will assist in directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing care for residents, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and oversee confidentiality and privacy rights.

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisor experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility, strong computer and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Riverview Pointe, a skilled nursing facility located in Olmsted Falls, Ohio, is currently seeking a skilled and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dedicated management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility
