Job description

Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our compassionate team. As an ADON, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care by supporting and stepping in for the Director of Nursing when necessary.

Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 annually
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Your Role and Impact:

• Supervise and guide nursing personnel to ensure the highest standard of resident care.
• Act as a key liaison between nursing staff and management, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving.
• Oversee and participate in weekly wound rounds and facility surveys.
• Maintain open and effective communication with staff, physicians, and residents' families.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid New York State license, including an IP license.
• A minimum of 2 years of skilled nursing home experience.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
