Valley View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and provide clinical leadership throughout the facility.
The ADON plays an important role in maintaining high standards of nursing practice, regulatory compliance, resident safety, staff performance, and quality outcomes.
The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing with the management and daily operations of the nursing department.
Working closely with the Director of Nursing, nursing leadership, facility staff, residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team, the ADON helps ensure that nursing services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable federal and state regulations.
The successful candidate will be a visible and supportive clinical leader who can organize nursing services, communicate effectively, identify opportunities for improvement, and help create an environment centered on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care.
