Job summary

Venetian Gardens in Loveland, Ohio seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our management team. The role oversees nursing care, coordinates services, and ensures adherence to state and federal guidelines.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, ensure confidentiality, and provide direct care as needed while maintaining a collaborative, compliant work environment for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor/management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must follow all Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing, coordinating & evaluation of nursing care services provided to residents.

Venetian Gardens, a skilled nursing facility located in Loveland, Ohio, is currently seeking a skilled and professional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - to join our dedicated management team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
• Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility
