Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and maintaining high-quality care for residents. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing daily operations, following health and safety policies, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work with team members and follow safety protocols
• Availability to work scheduled hours
• No health or safety threats to others in the workplace

Experience:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably in long-term care
• Leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with behavioral health is preferred

Shift & Wage:

• Full-time, Day shift
