This leadership role reports to the DON and focuses on mentoring staff, monitoring outcomes, and maintaining survey readiness while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Skilled nursing experience.
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
