As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will assist the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating, and managing the nursing department. You will also be responsible for infection prevention management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure current licensure and credentials of nursing staff are verified and up-to-date.
• Assist with scheduling and guest rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans that meet guest needs.
• Participate in the facility's budget process, managing nursing supplies, equipment, and staffing budgets.
• Stay informed on applicable regulations, reimbursement systems, and Medicaid/Medicare guidelines.
• Assign responsibilities to staff, considering guest safety and staff qualifications.

Qualifications for ADON:

• RN with management or supervisory experience in long-term or geriatric care.
• Current CPR certification.
