Responsibilities

• Verify current licensure and credentials of nursing employees.
• Assist with scheduling and guest rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality.
• Maintain proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Develop and implement staffing plans and schedules based on guest needs.
• Participate in the facility's budget process, maintaining nursing supply, equipment, and staffing budgets.
• Stay informed of applicable regulations, reimbursement systems, and methodologies.
• Assign responsibilities considering guest safety and staff qualifications.

Qualifications for ADON

• RN with management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatrics.
• Current CPR certification.
