The Center at Parmer in Austin, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring top-tier patient care, and fostering a compliant environment. In this role you will mentor staff, participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, and champion exceptional patient care and family satisfaction.

Requirements include RN or LPN license, 3 years of nursing experience with 1 year in leadership

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role within a SNF or post-acute setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
