Job summary

Regalcare at Sudbury in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in supervising clinical operations and maintaining high standards of patient care.

The ADON will lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in audits and quality initiatives, provide hands-on clinical support, and assist with scheduling, training and staff development.

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts RN license.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
