LEWIS AND CLARK in St. Charles, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The ADON will oversee nursing staff, participate in hiring, onboarding, and scheduling to maintain coverage across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of nursing practices and healthcare regulations, along with budget monitoring and staff coaching.

• Extensive knowledge of nursing best practices and federal, state and local healthcare laws
• Strong written communication skills to compile reports and write evaluations
