The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate nursing team in Pine Bluff, AR. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with daily pay options and a resident-centered culture.

ADON responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs and CNAs; coordinating daily nursing operations and staffing; ensuring regulatory compliance; and supporting staff training and care planning. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (Arkansas)
• Several years of nursing experience, preferably long-term care or skilled nursing
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and quality standards
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Help manage daily nursing operations, staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Assist with staff hiring, orientation, training, and evaluations.
• Monitor resident care plans and address clinical concerns.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and resident complaints.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention programs.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families.
• Fill in for the Director of Nursing when needed.
