Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to partner with the Director of Nursing and elevate patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality through policies, procedures, and care standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (state of practice).
• Bachelor's in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines.
• EMR proficiency and excellent communication skills.
