A well-established behavioral health organization in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to join its nursing leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished nurse leader who thrives in a complex clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, developing nursing teams, and strengthening clinical operations.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Assistant Director of Nursing will serve as a key leader within the nursing department, providing oversight of clinical operations while partnering closely with nurse managers, supervisors, interdisciplinary teams, and organizational leadership.
