Job summary

RegalCare at Glen Ridge in Medford, MA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to assist the Director in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations within a skilled nursing facility.

You will lead and develop nursing staff, coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams, monitor resident health and regulatory compliance, participate in recruiting and training, and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the state regulatory board.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.
