Legacy Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with strong supervisory and Infection Prevention experience to lead our Clinical Department and drive excellence in resident care.

The role requires an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least five years of RN experience. You will help set Nursing Department goals, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and foster a positive, inclusive culture across the facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• CPR Certification.

• Infection Prevention experience.
• Prior experience managing a nursing department.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State ofIllinoisRegistered Nurse (R.N.) license;

• C.P.R. Certification;

• Five (5) years of R.N. experience;

• Infection Prevention experience;

• Prior experience managing a nursing department.
