Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon, part of Legacy Healthcare, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our Clinical Department and help sustain the high standard of resident care. You will guide nursing services, promote a positive culture, and work toward department goals in a supportive environment.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, an Associate's degree in nursing or related field, and prior nursing-management experience.

As an Assistant Director of Nursing you are at the heart of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rehabilitation Center of Lisbon by assisting with overseeing all aspects of the Clinical Department, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, assisting with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals, ensuring the nursing department is in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
