Vivo Healthcare of Lakeland is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to lead a dedicated nursing team in our sub-acute care facility in Lakeland, FL. The role requires an active RN license, strong leadership, and the ability to manage nursing staff while ensuring high-quality resident care.

You will work with our care team using Point Click Care software, maintain CPR and IV certification, and support infection prevention initiatives, with a focus on dignity and compassionate

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be currently licensedRegistered Nurse (RN). Must maintain an activeRegistered Nurse (RN)license in good standing throughout employment.
• Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of nursing staff, as well as help foster a team atmosphere with the nursing division
