The ADON will be responsible for maintaining the quality of care throughout the facility. He or she will also be required to manage, train, and support the nursing services staff.

Requirements

• BRN degree
• Active NY - RN license
• Experience (at least 2-3 years) working as a Supervisor, Assistant Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Home
• Knowledgeable with State and Federal regulations and compliance guidelines
• Able to participate and assist in the DOH Survey process
• Experience developing and fostering collaborative teams
